I ordered thru Uber eats from this location and when the delivery person went to pick up my order from the store he said this location said my order wasn't in their system and they refused to make my order despite having paid for it already. I had to go thru 3 different delivery people and my order that I paid for was never received. Thankfully I was able to cancel my order but they charged me for the delivery person time. Worst experience ordering thru Uber eats thus far, never again with this location.

This is one of my favorite drive-thru locations because the ladies at the window are so friendly. The service is exceptional no matter how busy they are. They are fast and efficient. I only have good things to say about this Dunkin location. Their staff are exceptional!

They didn’t shake this shaking expresso and then proceeded to tell me they did so I walked out because there is no going back and forth with this lady the truth is there would be an inch of foam and the milk with lighten the coffee but what do I know, i’m sure she’s a nice lady and sometimes it gets busy but it’s in the name just shake it

If I could give a 0 I would!! The manager is extremely rude. I did a line of ten car while I accidentally clicked pick up inside for my mobile order. Now I understand I have to pick it up in stores but the way he said it was extremely rude and off putting!! I will no longer give this place my business ever and it’s a shame because management should have customer service skills.

I went to buy a avocado toast with bacon and it doesn’t look nothing like the picture. I went through the drive through and as soon as i get the food I opened in front of the lady and show her like. Look just one piece of bacon and she look at me and said that’s fine. And i told her like look at the picture it doesn’t look like that one. First bacon it supposed to be bites not whole small little piece. This is what i got so sad that no all the dunkins offer the same good service and quality that they are supposed to offer.
